Contract:
A contract between the producer and artist will be set up before any work starts. It should be signed by both parties, and will be shared in the project folder. Here is a typical sample:
Project Plan:
A project will always have a project plans, this is in a spreadsheet format and is shared with the artist and any other contributors, for example a graphics designer for the album art. Goals with target dates are listed in advance, and plan items are constantly updated with details of all any work progress. Here is a typical sample:
Working Area:
Sonic Dreamer Studio has a large paid Google Drive working area. Each production includes a shared copy of the contract, project plan, stems, samples and the rendered sound files (end product):
