Produced album for Maxwell Chitsulo

Maxwell was a local who I met when I did contract programming work at his company. Let me just say that he enjoyed his singing more than I did ;) I produced a set of gospel tracks for him, and sent it off the be rendered on 50 cassette tapes. I also designed and printed the color the inserts, and ended up loosing money on the project since I under quoted. That's how you learn, apparently.

Produced demo for Zanya Ministries

Sonja was family at the time, and needed help with her musical setup. I offered to record 4 demo tracks for her and created the CDs, including design & printing of the inserts. I added on a few back tracks for her to perform on.

Produced demo for After Hours

In 1999 my producer career really started, although I did not realize it at the time. I saw myself only as a rookie sound engineer, but I had to do so much more. Digital recording in home studios was in it's infancy, and besides budget there was a myriad of technical challenges, for example use my motor home as a recording space. But I managed to record the first demo for my band After Hours. We needed to have a CD to show people what we sounded like. The demo had the following cover versions:

  1. Abra Cadabra
  2. Addicted To Love
  3. Every Breath You Take
  4. Lemon Tree
  5. Money Talks
  6. Needles And Pins
  7. On The Beach
  8. Sweet Caroline
  9. Truly Deeply Madly
  10. Wicked Game
  11. Wonderful Tonight
